Privacy Policy.

Last updated on June 12, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Selara, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”), collects when you use this website, why we collect it, where it is stored, and the choices you have. Our mailing address is 1101 4th St S, Suite 382, St. Petersburg, FL 33701-5207. We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiries, and we never sell your personal data.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide. These are your first and last name, your email address, your company if you choose to share it, and the message you write. We also use a cookieless analytics service that records aggregate, anonymized page-view metrics. It does not set cookies or build an advertising profile of you.

When something breaks on the site or in our contact pipeline, an error-monitoring service records technical details of the failure. These details include the error message and stack trace, the page URL, and a random browser identifier stored in localStorage. These reports are for diagnosing faults only. They never include the information you submit through the contact form, meaning your name, email, company, and message stay out of them.

We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell personal information. The site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, because there is nothing to opt out of.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to read, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Contact-form submissions are stored with a managed database provider. The site itself is served by our website hosting provider. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf.

  • A managed database provider stores your contact submission.
  • A transactional email service notifies our team of new inquiries.
  • Our website hosting provider serves the site and supplies the cookieless analytics.
  • An error-monitoring service helps us diagnose faults on the site and in our contact pipeline.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service. A current list of our service providers is available on request.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), other U.S. state privacy laws, or equivalent laws elsewhere. These include the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. You may also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information. Selara does not sell personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@selara.io and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your contact-form data to take the steps you request and based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the site working. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child’s information was submitted through our contact form, email us at hello@selara.io and we will delete it.

If you have questions about this policy or your data, reach us at hello@selara.io.
